Today I visited Al Ittihad Health Center for my baby's vaccination, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional care and service we received. From the moment we walked in, the environment was welcoming and friendly, with a team of dedicated professionals who truly went above and beyond. nDespite an error on my part when booking the appointment, the staff handled the situation with remarkable understanding. The receptionist, Mr. Badar, was extremely helpful and kind. He patiently explained the process, reassured me, and personally ensured that my baby could be accommodated despite the tight schedule. His efforts made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us. nDr. Nimisha was an absolute delight. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything in detail, offered thoughtful advice, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, even though it was her last appointment of the day. Her gentle and caring approach made my usually hesitant child feel at ease, which was a relief for me as a parent. nWhat stood out the most was Dr. Nimisha's dedication to her patients and her ability to make us feel valued and cared for. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a genuine and compassionate attitude. nI wholeheartedly recommend this Health Center, especially Dr. Nimishar, to any parent looking for a supportive, professional, and caring healthcare team. Dr. Nimsha and Sr. Jaunt in vaccination were both very friendly and heart warming, even offered to hold my baby to help soothe him. nAmazing service and experience from both and got given lots of advice on how to help baby grow.
