I had a terrible experience. What's the point of having an appointment system if they don't adhere to the scheduled timings? The nurses at the Ophthalmology Clinic were so lazy; despite arriving at 10:00 AM, I was only triaged around 11:00 AM with few other patients present. Their disorganization and lack of professionalism were disappointing, as they were engrossed in cellphone usage and casual conversations.
Booked appointment and reach on time for my son ophthalmology, doctor and other staffs are very friendly and all went smooth and fast without any waiting time. Vaccination is available and can took appointment via kisok at center and process is very easy and comfortable. Staffs were friendly.
