My experience at the Al Hilal Adliya branch was very disappointing and seems to be getting worse with time. While I genuinely appreciate the effort to expand and open new outlets across Bahrain, I urge the management to focus more on service quality. Patients care more about how they are treated than the number of branches you have. nThe overall approach toward patients is unprofessional. At times, it felt like I was asking for a personal favor instead of receiving healthcare. One incident stands out: the receptionist insisted I return the next day for a blood test and X-ray, claiming it would take time to get insurance approval. However, once the doctor made a direct call, the approval came through immediately. This lack of coordination and misleading information is frustrating. nAdditionally, after my doctor consultation, I had to wait around 40-50 minutes just to get into the pharmacy and collect my medication. The pharmacy area was overcrowded, with only 1 or 2 counters operating. This is not acceptable, especially in a healthcare facility. nIf you value your time and expect basic professional service, I suggest avoiding the Adliya branch. I can't speak for the other locations, but this one seriously needs improvement. nThank

Excellent facilities.. the staff are very accomodating and the place is very clean.. Al hilal one of my best choice when it comes in health check up... I really recommend it to my friends and co workers ..

Had a wonderful experience in this medical center .. professional staffs excellent doctors and perfect atmosphere. Had a recent visit with my friend who had his visit to one of the specialists.. there was this lady with hijab in the reception who's professional in what she does .. the doctors just awesome !! The insurance staff was very reluctant to tell his name.. Glam .. wonderful guy... smiling polite and very professional.. kudos to Alhilal for having such staffs.. have such more staffs !!
