u203cufe0fu203cufe0fPLEASE DONT ADVERTISE FALSE TREATMENT IF YOURE NOT GOING TO CONDUCT THE SERVICE ON CUSTOMERS u203cufe0fu203cufe0fnI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hilal Hospital in Manama. We visited the hospital specifically for a microscopic ear wax cleaning for my son, having seen an advertisement for this service. Despite paying approximately 20 BD, Dr. Biji John Rose did not perform the advertised procedure. Instead, a standard ear checkup was conducted, and the doctor declared his ears clean, even though that was not the service we sought. This is completely unacceptable; if you advertise a service, you should provide it. nTo make matters worse, Dr. Rose prescribed three different types of nose drops without any explanation whatsoever. This is unacceptable. We came for an ear examination, not a random prescription of nasal medications. The lack of explanation regarding the necessity of these medications is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the hospital's practices and Dr. Rose's competency. nThe experience was compounded by the hospital's refusal to provide a receipt for the payment. This strongly suggests a deliberate attempt to avoid transparency and potentially overcharge patients through unnecessary medication. The entire encounter felt like a scam, designed to extract money without providing the advertised service. nThe customer service was pathetic. The lack of proper medical attention, coupled with the unexplained prescriptions, the absence of a receipt, and the failure to deliver the advertised service, points to a deeply flawed system. I strongly advise against seeking medical care at this hospital, particularly from Dr. Biji John Rose. I urge potential patients to consider other healthcare providers who value transparency, proper medical practice, and respect for their patients. Hilal Hospital should cease advertising services they are unwilling or unable to provide. This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. nu203cufe0fUpdate: Just to add a u203cufe0ffrustrating moment u203cufe0f that i forgot to add in my review When the incredible dr. Biji examined my son's ear, she just used her head torch and said that my son's ears are clean and advised that no ear cleaning is needed. Not even an otoscope was used and she can't deny it because i was present infront of her. Very unprofessional and falsely advertised service u203cufe0fHilal Hospital actually need to employ genuine doctors who love doing their jobs and doing service to patients instead of doctors that just do the work for the sake of salary. I'm trying to be unbiased, but i have taken my son for the same treatment at other hospitals but i have never been this dissatisfied with the customer service. nu203cufe0fWOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL DESPITE THE OFFERS THEY ADVERTISE u203cufe0f

Nice hospital, ample parking in what's usually a nightmare area for parking. Helpful receptionists and good doctors. Strange choice of colours though, bright orange and yellow!nNot suitable for a hospital. Birds add a soothing atmosphere.

Nice and experienced Doctors, lots of parking place. Building is big enough and new but the paint color is very bad choice specially yellow. Reception has no token system so they are sorrounded by many people without queue. Only one vitals room that has waiting time mostly. Pharmacy has token system .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your al hilal manama central hospital. I called ahead and confirmed that you accept my Next Care insurance, but upon arrival, I was informed that it is only accepted at the Adliya branch. This miscommunication has caused me significant inconvenience. I urge you to train your customer service team to double-check such critical information to ensure that future patients do not face similar issues.
