Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Al Hayat Pharmacy is a complete disgrace to customer service and professionalism. nFirst of all, the staff are incredibly rude. I walked in asking a simple question about baby medicine and was met with eye-rolls, dismissive tones, and outright unprofessional behavior. One staff member even raised their voice at another customer who was just trying to understand a prescription. This is NOT how you treat people, especially those who are seeking help for their children!nnThey have no compassion or patience, even with mothers holding crying infants. Instead of showing any kind of care or urgency, they act like you're bothering them. One lady actually said u201cyou'll have to wait, we're not in a rushu201d while LAUGHING. How is that acceptable in a place meant to help people in need?!nnThe language they use is completely unprofessional -- full of sarcasm, rude remarks, and at one point, someone said something along the lines of u201cif you don't like it, go somewhere else.u201d What kind of pharmacy says that??nnAs if that wasn't bad enough, the owner himself was driving recklessly in the parking lot, nearly hitting a stroller! No exaggeration. He was speeding and cutting people off like he owned the road, then had the nerve to yell at a parent who asked him to slow down. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. nThis place doesn't care about its customers. Not even babies. No ethics, no professionalism, no basic human decency. Just a cash machine with a terrible attitude. nSave yourself the stress and go anywhere else.
