I called inquiring about some lab equipment, they asked me to send WhatsApp listing my requirements, I waited for one hour and 30 minutes still my message not seen! I called again just to inform them that I sent the list and to asking when they can get back to me and I got the strangest reply (we are busy now) and when I asked when I can expect a reply I got another strange answer (we don't know) further more this gentleman informed me that if I'm in a hurry to get these items proceed with another supplier!!

The worst place to buy dental supply from , because they don't care about customers at all , we entered the shop to buy some dental supply and literally we were the only customers there and they barely look at us like we are begging them to give us the instruments , everyone were busy , and I ordered before many days from them online the delivery man told me he is coming then he skipped me
