One of the best dental clinic in Abu Dhabi especially for kids, Dr. Ayman is very professional and my kids love to come back always to check their teeth with him. Recently my daughter is doing her braces with Dr. Wesam and we are very happy as his work is very professional and he explains the process to us in details. I highly recommend this amazing dental clinic.. many thanks to both doctors :)

This is perhaps the first time that a dental implant experience has been described as being wonderful. The truth is that Dr. Osama has a distinguished talent, and whoever wants dental implants without suffering, pain, or side effects, all he has to do is make an appointment with Dr. Osama Ismail. ***The doctors are highly professional.... friendly dental assistants..... but the receptionist are inefficient.***nnI admire Dr. Amina's patience with children and her meticulous work. Same with Dr. Natalie for her exceptional service and professionalism. Additionally, the friendliness of all the dental assistants is noteworthy and greatly appreciated. nHowever, the receptionists' performance leaves much to be desired. nFirstly, inefficient system for confirming appointments. nSecondly, I forgot to retrieve my children's ID from the reception desk, and it remained there for over three weeks without anyone attempting to contact me. Despite visiting the clinic a second and third time, no one informed me about the forgotten ID. I only found it by chance when I inquired, as it was the last place I remembered using it. nThird, recently I requested an urgent appointment on the next day morning for my son, who is experiencing pain due to a broken tooth. Though his regular doctor is on leave, I was willing to see any available dentist. Unfortunately, rather than accommodating the urgent nature of the situation they advice me scheduling the appointment for the next day after. nLast, one of the receptionists displayed a lack of proper etiquette and came across as quite arrogant, which is unacceptable.
