I just did my open MRI scan. I am a claustrophobic & it took me a few tries before I could even start the scan comfortably. The entire time the radiologist Miss Mau was very accommodating & patient with me as I tried to overcome my fear. She was very professional while being so kind and compassionate. I was dreading it but it turned out to be a fun experience. Thank you so much Mau & team.

Extremely helpful management. Mr. Hamed is ontop of everything at the centre, and they have one of the most able radiologists in the city, they detail their findings in a very concise manner. Insurance approval is almost instant and the receptionists are accommodating to speed up any process of its in your best interest. Overall, best place for x ray and MRI

When I finished the appt , I asked them to send the cbct results to my email. They said yes but never sent it. I followed up with them for 2 months on WhatsApp and never sent it and they stopped responding. I told them I am in need of it urgently as I am traveling and wany to consult my dr here but they till didn't action. Luckily my dentist responded after hours and sent me the results. UPDATE: the staff coordinator contacted me snd expressed the center concerns for what happened and shared a sincere apology. Since they cared about making it right and shared sincere response with me and explained it was issue on their communication system, I told them I will try the center again. For that I am updating my review Stars to be more favorable assuming it was one time issue
I have visited the facility for several times and as expected the services, people and technology that they have are amazing. I am from the medical industry and i know for a fact that other well known hospitals and clinics are using them to facilitate complex scans to identify the root of health issue. Work ethics is high, insurance department is very active even late hours they'll take care the request, MRI department team is respectful and will make you feel comfortable and last but not the least their reception. Whatever I am communicating either in whatsapp of telephone it is timely being attended. Keep it up guys!
