I waited for nearly an hour for my MRI. I arrived early as expected. The technician was friendly and helpful. The front office staff were not as helpful or friendly. Keeping patients informed of what is happening would be helpful.

Al Durrah Center is very neat & clean and the staff there in the center is good and they are kind to patients.
What a experience. I came from Al the way Fujairah to sharjah Radiology center I had appointment for 4pm for my MRI,nn1st of all the staffs was very rude no respect they really don't know how to talk with patients especially on phone call,nI came 3:45 pm instead of me they took other patients when I asked desk staff, said wait !!!! WownnFinally I had call for MRI around 5pm ,nDuring the MRI I had some paper to fill it up and some instructions I have to follow ,nAnd the nurse she asked me , I have an issue with RT knee . I said No !!!nNow very clearly I had mentioned that I have an issue with left knee .I repeated twice. Now Finally i received the Report it's mentioned that is for RT KNEE , instead of left knee . And the report they deleted from Whatapp . As patients how I will satisfy from this kind of report even though it's correct???nnAnd the gentleman he is shouting on me on phone call said I have to listen to him . Can you imagine??
