All Ppl are so kind. specially Mr Ahmad ben said GN24147.nnClean 10/10 environment 10/10.

it's very bad service start from receptionist. both of the ladies there didn't bother them self to ask me even for what purpose I visited the facility, they cut me n pass me to the next receptionist which done the same thing, until security lady asked and helped me. now it's been five days l,m calling for my result n as expected no cooperation.

Appalling service from this so called Family Medicine Center! Staff do not answer the phone and when they do they are clueless to what facilities they offer! Reception passes you to incompetent nurses who cannot even provide you the correct phone numbers. One nurse provided me the contact details for the Liwa Hospital instead! This place should be shut down, as the management clearly do not care about this facility, or the patients they are supposed to serve!

A very nice facility with very well coordinated and hardworking staff working for the service of the community. A special mention to Mrs Zahera Sawayeh Alhameli and Mr Elmouez Ledin Alla from the AlDhafra Hospitals’ Quality Department, they are very approachable, focussed to the problem solving incase of any unforseen issues a patient/customer may run into… Thank you very much team and keep-up the good work.

Newly opened one, so nice to see. Thousands of verities are here, for the local people it's not a wonder, but it is very necessary and very needful for the people here. It's very near to the local people, and not very far like before to go, Lulu Hypermarket in Abu Dhabi
