I had an excellent experience at the hospital! The service was outstanding, and I want to give a special shoutout to Fatima ( patient experience officer ) for her exceptional care and support!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't go here if you care about your health. The staff are incompetent and clueless, only responding when you stand your ground. After being told to wait, I sat for an hour before being told I wasn't even registered, despite following their instructions. When I pressed for answers, they insisted I wasn't registered at all and should delegate to reception. This unacceptable disorganization is infuriating. I'm furious and will never return.

Its Sunday, we understand that there are limitations on staff, however the pharmacy Dr.s were the worst in managing the patients and the Q, they we’re keeping the patients on the sets while waiting for approvals causing a crowd and bad experience due bad floor and Q management. Moreover, the experience team was not helpful and didn’t act properly to investigate the issue.nThis section requires more supervision from a good customer experience professionals.

Al Bhaia health center is located on Main Sheikh Zaid road in on the way to Abu Dhabi. Very easy access to our healthcare for residence of Al Shahama city and village.nnThe health centre has all major health clinics including baby and mother, laser therapy for body hairs, dental and general physician. All the clinics open from Sunday to Friday from 7 AM to 10:30 PM and health centre is continuously expanding their specialty services
