If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't go here if you care about your health. The staff are incompetent and clueless, only responding when you stand your ground. After being told to wait, I sat for an hour before being told I wasn't even registered, despite following their instructions. When I pressed for answers, they insisted I wasn't registered at all and should delegate to reception. This unacceptable disorganization is infuriating. I'm furious and will never return.

Its Sunday, we understand that there are limitations on staff, however the pharmacy Dr.s were the worst in managing the patients and the Q, they we're keeping the patients on the sets while waiting for approvals causing a crowd and bad experience due bad floor and Q management. Moreover, the experience team was not helpful and didn't act properly to investigate the issue. This section requires more supervision from a good customer experience professionals.
