The customer service is good the clinic is neat and clean the patients waiting area is amazing it has complimentary tea and coffee while u wait .

I recently visited Al Ain Medical Centre and I must say it was an outstanding experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive,making me feel welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. The facility was clean and well-maintained .Very affordable clinic for all common people .The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to address all my concerns. Also nursing staff made everything very hassle free and comfortable for me.Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Al Ain medical centre to anyone seeking quality healthcare.
Other things are fine but only time table is not followed by staff. As patients are are visiting as per mentioned time even patients suffered from sickness staff not following time schedules. That need to he solve because time is important . Thanks
