  10/10 would recommend!! A special thank you to Dr Shincy who helped me fix a huge insecurity that I've had for a long time - my smile! She treated me and my husband with the utmost care, tenderness and professionalism, meticulously inspecting, calculating and using innovative methods to straighten my teeth with braces in record time - less than a year! Thank you Dr Shincy, now I will miss our sessions dearly!

  I've had the pleasure of receiving two treatments at Akeela Dental Clinic - orthodontic treatment from Dr. Shincy and bridge treatment from Dr. Bincy - and I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional care provided by both doctors. nDr. Shincy has been incredibly kind and attentive throughout my orthodontic journey. She always made sure I was comfortable during each visit and was quick to resolve any issues, such as fixing the glue on my wire, without hesitation or delay. Her expertise and dedication have delivered amazing results - all my teeth gaps are now gone, and my smile looks better than ever. Every visit with Dr. Shincy has been a truly positive experience. nFollowing my orthodontic treatment, I continued my dental care with Dr. Bincy for a bridge, and I was equally impressed. Dr. Bincy handled the entire process with utmost professionalism and genuine care. She was proactive in her communication, thoroughly explaining each step and making sure I was fully informed. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best results were evident throughout, and I'm thrilled with how my smile turned out. nBoth Dr. Shincy and Dr. Bincy are true professionals whose compassion and skill make them stand out.   Misleading Information and Zero Accountability - A Costly ExperiencennI went to Akeela Clinic because of severe tooth pain, trusting that I would receive proper care. Before anything, I made sure to ask if they were covered by my insurance (Nextcare). Without hesitation, they said yes, so I proceeded with the consultation. nAfter a check-up, they told me that I needed a root canal surgery and a crown replacement. Of course, before agreeing to something that major, I double-checked again--was this procedure covered by my insurance? They confidently reassured me: u201cYes, but through reimbursement.u201d They explained that I had to pay upfront, submit the paperwork to my insurance, and I would get my money back. Since they were so sure about it, I trusted them and moved forward with the treatment. nAfter three visits, my procedure was done. Before leaving, they even tried to convince me to get a cleaning, but since this treatment was already way over my budget, I declined. They handed me a file and told me to submit it for reimbursement. nThat's when the nightmare started. nI submitted my claim to Nextcare, expecting a smooth process--after all, the clinic had assured me it was covered. Instead, my claim was instantly rejected. The reason? This procedure was supposed to be direct billing, not reimbursement. nConfused, I went back to Akeela Clinic to clarify. Their response? u201cOh, the form we gave you was wrong. Here, try this new one.u201dnnThinking it was just a simple mix-up, I resubmitted the corrected form. Rejected again. Same reason. Nextcare clearly stated: This procedure should never have been handled as reimbursement. nAt this point, I was beyond frustrated. I demanded that Akeela Clinic call the insurance company themselves and sort it out. After two weeks of waiting and repeatedly following up, they finally told me:nnu201cYour insurance doesn't cover this procedure because it was not an emergency.u201dnnWait, WHAT?!nnSo let me get this straight--I came in with severe pain, asked the right questions, was promised I'd be reimbursed, only to find out after paying out of pocket that it wasn't covered at all? And now they suddenly claim it wasn't their responsibility to check my eligibility?nnWhen I told them that if they weren't sure, I could have explored other options, their response was even more frustrating: u201cNo other clinic would have reimbursed you either, because this wasn't an emergency.u201dnnExcuse me? That was never their decision to make. Their job was to provide me with accurate information, not just assume how my insurance would handle it. Then they gave another unbelievable excuse--that they don't have access to check a patient's eligibility. nIf that were true, then why were they so confident that I would be reimbursed in the first place? And if this is their u201cusual processu201d for Nextcare patients, how many others have gone through this same ordeal?nnRegardless, my experience was a complete disappointment. I was given misleading information, pressured into an expensive treatment under false assurances, and left to deal with the financial burden alone. nFor anyone considering this clinic, I strongly urge you to double-check everything, especially regarding insurance coverage, and always seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major procedure. nAkeela Clinic had one job--to provide correct information so I could make an informed decision about my health and finances. Instead, they left me with an expensive bill, zero accountability, and unanswered questions. I trusted them, and that trust cost me. nDon't let it cost you too. Think twice before coming here.

  Great service from the assistants to the doctors ud83dude4cud83cudffc kudos to Dr. Shincy for fixing my teeth. I couldn't persuade her to remove my braces until she was satisfied with the alignment. Dr. Akeela speaks very well Tagalog too ud83dude4cud83cudffc

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Bimcy for her professionalism and exceptional care. This was my first visit to Akeela Clinic, where I sought assistance with my dentures. I was initially dissatisfied with the results from a previous visit, but Dr. Bimcy went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard and valued. She promptly invited me back to the clinic, crafted new dentures for me, and assured me that I would leave feeling happy and satisfied. Her kindness, professionalism, and down-to-earth nature truly set her apart, and I have never experienced such attentive care at any other dental clinic. Additionally, her assistant was both caring and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Akeela Clinic, and particularly Dr. Bimcy, to anyone in need of excellent dental care. She is truly an outstanding dentist!
