The medical care I received was excellent and it all started with the welcoming atmosphere created by sana and maha they were really helpful! I highly recommend Ajman Medical Center for not only their skilled medical professionals but also for the exceptional service provided by their front desk staff.

I visited Ajman Medical Centre on 12 June 2024 at 11:05 AM as I was feeling unwell. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. There was only one person handling treatment paperwork at the counter, and despite my condition, I had to wait for almost 90 minutes before receiving any medical attention. This is unacceptable for a medical facility, where prompt service is crucial for patients' health and well-being. I hope the management takes steps to improve their staffing and service efficiency. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to others.
Maha at the front desk was fantastic! She was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. It's not often you come across someone who's both kind and efficient she made the whole experience so much better.
