  Extremely Disappointed with the Ophthalmology DepartmentnnWe had a very unpleasant experience at the Ophthalmology Department. We visited on a Friday night with an MRI appointment, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, despite having an appointment, we were made to wait for over an hour, and our number was never called. nWhen we approached the nurse for clarification, her response was rude and dismissive. She told us that we should have come earlier or returned the next day if we couldn't be there before 10:45 AM--completely disregarding the delay caused by our MRI, which understandably took a bit longer. nDue to this lack of coordination, the department was already closed by the time we were done with the MRI, and we had to reschedule for the following day. nWe returned the next day with an appointment again, only to wait for another hour. It is unacceptable to face such long delays despite scheduled appointments. nThis experience does not reflect international standards of service. The management is disorganized, and the staff we interacted with were unprofessional and unhelpful. We expected better from a hospital of this reputation.

  I recently visited the dermatology department at Ahalia Hospital, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had to wait an excessive amount of time for what should have been a simple consultation. It ended up taking nearly an entire day to get seen, which was frustrating and inconvenient. nWhile the staff were professional, the delays were unnecessary, especially for a routine visit. There definitely needs to be better management of time and appointments to avoid such long waits. I hope Ahalia takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving their scheduling and patient flow to provide a more efficient service.

  Four months ago, I visited the Dermatology Department at Ahalia Hospital. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience, both from the staff and the doctor. I felt that the services provided were not up to the expected standards. I kindly request the management to ensure that all aspects of patient care are properly addressed for the betterment of the hospital's future.

  I have visited Ahalia Hospital Mussafah twice over the past two years, primarily for eye check-ups for my daughter and wife. nThe hospital is impressively clean and well-maintained. nThey have adequate staff to manage patients efficiently, though a warm smile from the team could significantly enhance the patient experience. nThe process is well-organized, from the moment you enter to the time you leave. This includes appointments, registration, queuing systems, announcements, and interactions with the doctors. nDr. Rinku Murgai, in particular, stands out with her extensive experience. She asks detailed, relevant questions and provides helpful suggestions for improving vision. nThe hospital is usually busy, so it's advisable to book an appointment in advance. However, do plan for an additional 1-2 hours beyond your scheduled time as they often conduct a series of tests, some of which may not be immediately clear to patients.
