The services are good. And the dr ravi and dr nazar are good. Nurses in ip 15 are very caring, accommodating specially the nurse who assist me all the time and the cleanliness of those housekeeping staff it's very good. 100% clean and sanitize. I've been seeing him since childhood for my health issues, and he has always been kind, patient, and highly skilled. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment plan. nI also want to thank RESHMI, the Physiotherapist , for her continuous support during my recovery. Her care and explaining about the exercise which to be done etc regarding made a significant difference in my health journey. nHowever, I did face some challenges with the administrative staff. Iam not mentioning the names as it may affect their journey. I feel that some of them could be more responsive and clearer in their communication And attitude towards the patients. Additionally, I believe that patients who book online should be given priority when managing appointments and patient flow. emergency cases we can understand!nnDespite this, I am very grateful to Dr. Ajay Kumar and Remya for their Genuine care.
