I wanted to share some feedback about our recent experience at your center. About a month ago, we saw Dr. Hala for a blood test for my daughter. Something was off in the results, so we were told to skip vitamins for a month and come back for another test. We asked if we needed to book this in advance but were told to just come in early any day.nnFast forward to today, and it turns out there was no record of this follow-up test. Not sure if it was a mix-up with the doctor or a system error, but we ended up waiting around for 40 minutes. The receptionist tried to call someone, but with no doctor or manager available until after 9 am, we didn't get anywhere. The only option they gave us was to pay for the test in cash.nnSo, we left without getting the test done, and it felt like the rest of the team couldn't make any decisions without the higher-ups. We ended up taking all our previous records and canceling our future appointments.nnIt's really disappointing and frustrating. My daughter had to miss school and I was late for work, and for what? We left the center without the test done.nThere are plenty of clinics, hospitals and centers in the UAE with better management and customer oriented approach, so we have finished our relationship with this center.nI wanted to let you know, hoping that this could help you to bring the center to the competitive level.

Highly recommend Dr. Maha! She makes her patient feel very at ease, and is an excellent Doctor who explains everything thoroughly. Wonderful desk staff as well.

My cardiology doctor Ghazi Hassan has been taking care of me in this clinic for more than 10 years now. I always express my concerns and symptoms to him and he always listens carefully to his patients and makes treatment specific to your condition. What sets Cure apart from other hospitals are the staff, they are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating, you’ll feel better already when you interact with them. Ms. Arianne and Eunice in the reception are very friendly and helped me with all my inquiries. I hope Cure’s management keep upholding their standard of service and hospitality.

First time customer here in Advance Cure. I did facial in preparation for my wedding. The beautician is careful and knowledgeable on what she is doing. She goes over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and felt so relaxed throughout the whole session. Special thanks to Sneha from laser department. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I can immediately see my face glowing after the session. Amazing services and she has magic hands or magic touch!! I would highly recommend her services to any one. Happy bride to be at the end 😊

Really appreciated the exceptional service here, felt taken care of the moment walked in. The staff knows their stuff, very professional. Saw Dr. Mohammad for some concerns couldn't have asked for a better consultant. Definitely made the right choice coming here. He’s trained in Germany and very knowledgeable and methodical.
