It was much better in the past and the service was faster and they dealt with patients in a nice way, but my last visit was on Monday 02/06 But I'm sorry. For this. Long wait. Lack of help and quick response. I asked them to give me an email or phone number to contact me. But. When I finished there, the receptionist told me that a request had been sent to the insurance to approve the MRI. The next day, I contacted the insurance to make sure of the approval. They said that they had not received any request concerning you at all. I contacted them on WhatsApp, but no one responded. After that, I contacted the radiology center. They told me to send them all the papers. But the annoying thing is that they needed the medical report. I took it from the receptionist. We submitted it to the insurance, and after that, they did not accept the report because it did not say that It needs to be added that you need the MRI. In the end, they have not given me the required reports yet.nI hope from the management To look into all these topics as they relate to patients.nnThe patient comes to you to receive treatment and rest.";.

    I do wanna send a huge gigantic, thanks to the best doctor with a big heart always there to help me and my family when we visit the Clinic ,doctor Shahal Latheef with his big heartn,nAlso I can't forget to thank Mr.Ranoz Rafeeq and Mr. Farhan in the reception desk for their kindness and humbleness! They did a great job to expedite our insurance acceptance by calling the insurance and went above and beyond to get my family in and out the clinic with no time. I hope clinic's management will recognize them for the great offerts! Also will show appreciation for the Doctor and the two reception dest for their kindness and professionalism!

    I visited the advance clinic center dated 29th june 2025 and I regret the service there. As it was my third visit to this clinic i submit my id over the reception and i waited nearly 20 mints then i went ask reption to give token to wait for the doctor the guy over the reception told in a very roude behaviour you have to wait further for registration then i ask him for the clarification is that every time will take so much time for your existing patient then again in a roud maner he responded me ,as i was so sick cant speak much and i told him brother i am very much sick with fever and cold please do not talk with patient like this and i ask who is incharge then his response is the other counter you go and talk to him and he told i do not want to talk anymore and after i saw office incharge was busy and i sit waited 10 mints then other staff came to me ask about then i told him about roude behavior of the staff and he call the clinic incharge i explained him, he apologise me and waited some more time its took more than 35 minutes and still they did not call me and i took my id from the reception and I inform office manager I am leaving because of roude behaviour of the staff and the staff did not regret about his mitake. At the same time I visited to goodwill clinic as a new patient they took 15 to 20 mints to clear all the procedures and I was very happy with there service with quick response. Defenetly i will miss the doctors advance clinic to whom I was consulting and the staffs who is very kind with the patients and helping them. Thanks to the office manager he talk to me nicely and he assured that will not happen again will take action to the staff. If the customer service exist in this clinic a minimum staff should call and apologise about the incident. I try to check his name but he was not wearing name badge. nAs unsatisfied patient Requesting to the management also please improve the process ,patients are siting for a long for a long procedures. It's not a complete mistake of the staffs but they should not be roude with the patient and be explained there procedures in a nice manner.

    Dear Clinic Management,nI visited today to the clinic to Dr. Priyanka for dental service. I observed below issue and heartbroken which I will never ever go again. n- sorry to expose personal information but the truth is, she was on video call and asked me to wait until she finished with video call. Besides, the attitude was poor and was just like to get ride of patients. I am to email our HR department to remove our insurance facility from Advanced Care. Hope to take this issue as a priority to resolve. nRegards,

    Good and excellent advice.Especially good care doctor priyanka. Work is good and perfect previously my tooth is too much pain but now good condition very easily remove my teeth now im feeling good
