Bad Experience During Follow-Up Visit Today, I visited the clinic for a follow-up on my medical reports. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was disappointing. The receptionist staff’s behavior was quite rude toward patients, and the registration process alone took more than one hour, which caused significant inconvenience. I would like to mention that I have good insurance coverage and the option to visit other hospitals. However, I have continued coming to this clinic for the past four years solely because of Dr. Shoaib Aslam, whose care and professionalism I truly value and trust. I kindly request the clinic management to look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve customer service and patient handling. Respect and courtesy are essential in a healthcare environment, as every patient deserves to be treated with dignity. Thank you for your attention, and I hope the management will take a positive decision to ensure a better patient experience in the future.
