I had experience in Access clinic Muiewelleh with Dr. Asiya the general practitioner, she is a very caring, compassionate doctor who went out of her way to get me treatment. Hello,nI have been visiting this clinic multiple times, today I got time to share my experience with access clinic. The lady siting in abaya in reception wearing mask seems she's not happy with her work. Her behavior is not good. And add more staff on reception as I see they're not happy with load pressure work on them. They start treating patients rudely. And there is one lady nurse (Malbari) unprofessional at all. Doesn't know how to inject a patient!! Injecting the patient when she couldn't find the nerve then checking for different side and she mixed medicine in the bottle and kept the bottle injected for 15m and then came to put for patient like why she can't do it at the same it. If you can't find nerve dont inject. Look for nerve and inject seriously unprofessional and making the patient more stress. She stays only busy talking with her colleague male nurse more than paying attention to the patient. I need action to be taken! Next time I will complain in DHA directly! And the action from them would be best and punishable.
