First when i went in the reception with my sister they told us it is fine to go inside doctors room even though she does not have her ID on her. In the doctoru2019s room they told us to go back for her to register. Then in the doctors room i told the doctor i require sick leave for work, she told me to go to the reception. After i went to the reception they gave me a sick leave paper without a barcode. Everyone in uae should know that every company needs a barcode for sick leave otherwise it is not approved. Then the receptionist had to make two sickleave papers for me and my sister which took forever as he was multitasking between other patients. They need to hire more people. I wasted one whole hour in this place for what?? To get a sick leave?? Next time I will go to dubai as the clinics there provide speedy service. This was a really bad service that everybody was making a mistake. Even the receptionist put my and my sisters registration as a u201cmaleu201d when we were females. Very incompetent workers. I will never come back again.";.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Doctor Karishma Sajeev is very good and concern with her patient. And that one lady in reception is very friendly.
