I visited this clinic in Dubai for a consultation and blood/stool tests. It’s around 10 days, and I have not received my test reports. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told the doctor would call back, which did not happen. Additionally, no invoice or receipt was provided for the visit and tests. The lack of communication, delays, and billing transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my working hours. Based on this experience, I chose not to continue treatment here.

a) Reception staff The communication from the staff at reception was poor and inconsiderate toward patients. Their approach lacked empathy and did not create a welcoming or supportive environment. b) Hygiene In the room where my blood pressure was being taken, I noticed a nurse carrying a tray with gauze visibly stained with blood. This raised concerns about hygiene practices in the clinical area. c) Doctor’s communication The doctor I saw appeared to focus only on prescribing medication and requesting tests, without explaining the treatment plan or diagnosis to me as a patient. When I began asking questions and expressed concern about potential side effects of the medication, I expected an explanation—such as why a particular drug was chosen, what the doctor anticipated it would achieve, and how adjustments might be made if side effects occurred. Instead, the doctor responded by saying I was “reading between the lines” and insisted that it was his area of expertise, implying that I should not ask such questions. This approach left me feeling dismissed and uninformed. Patients deserve clear communication and an understanding of their treatment plan, not to be discouraged from asking questions about their own health.

This doctor does not care about you, he only cares about the money he can generate from you. He will evaluate how much money he can make from you and accordingly he will instruct you to get more expensive tests and medicine which he benefits from. He will try to be arrogant, rude and condescending if you question the use of the very expensive tests and medicine he is giving you; this is his way of dealing with patients that see through his money making strategy. If you are looking for a professional doctor do not go to him, there are much better doctors in Dubai that are interested in giving you proper medical advice rather than being interested in the money they can generate from you. He doesn’t operate his practice like a doctor but like a sleazy businessman searching for money making opportunity from the patient. After going to other doctors after him, I found out his analysis was completely wrong and the expensive tests he wanted me to take were not required but a good way for him to make money. Apparently he has a reputation in town for doing this to his patients and those in the professional medical community are aware of it, beware!

Took endoscopy here. Clean and pleasant clinic. Probably this is because of my own body characteristics, the sedation does not really work when I do the treatment. But other than that, all the operations were good and smooth.
