Ambiance of the clinic is aesthetically developed., Cleanliness of the clinic is well maintained on every detail including the scent of their clinic.. Staff namely Moira, Kristien, Kim and Czarina are very friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable of the services provided in the clinic. Doctor Kenzo was very patient explaining every procedure and answering all our queries. He will not push you to buy their services just for the sake of their business.. He shows care not only for the patient but also to your pockets (budgets wise). From time to time all the staff will check on your well being.. I've been to different clinics but Aboutskin.ae will definitely be a huge part of my self love journey.. Recommendable to everyone out there..

Had my first ever HIFU treatment at this skin clinic and I couldn't be happier! I was honestly nervous at first, but the nurses were so kind, patient, and supportive that I immediately felt at ease. The clinic itself is super aesthetic and classy, but surprisingly, their services are very affordable -- plus they have ongoing promos too!nnThe equipment they use is top-notch, and the quality of service is excellent. During my consultation, they explained everything in detail -- what to expect, how I might feel during the procedure, and that results are progressive, not instant. nTrue enough, I didn't see much of a difference right away, but about a week later, my face looked noticeably more glowing and refreshed! I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. nJust yesterday, I also had my first session of fat dissolving injections. I was nervous again, but to my surprise, I didn't feel any pain at all during the entire session -- the doctor was amazing and had such a light, gentle touch. nHighly recommended for anyone thinking about trying HIFU, fat dissolving, or any other treatments!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your clinic. I made a reservation three days in advance for a specific treatment, and I was expecting things to go smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. nI arrived at the clinic before my scheduled appointment time, prepared and ready for the treatment. However, I ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes before I was finally called in. I didn't complain and waited patiently. nOnce I was brought to the treatment room, the nurse or assistant explained the procedure and asked about any health issues, which I appreciated. After our conversation, she said she would step out to get the machine or equipment needed to begin. nTo my surprise, when she returned, she informed me that there were still two other clients ahead of me for the same treatment, and that it would not be possible to proceed with mine. I was extremely disappointed to hear this -- especially since my appointment was booked in advance. nI asked what time the clinic would close, hoping I could still wait, but was told it would be closing at 9:00 PM -- and it was already close to 8:00 PM. I had no choice but to leave. nThis was a very frustrating experience. I felt that my time was not respected, and I was not properly informed about the delay until much later. Waiting for over 45 minutes only to be told the treatment couldn't happen is unacceptable. nIn the future, I kindly ask that your team communicate more clearly with patients when delays occur, especially if appointments cannot be honored as scheduled. nPlease treat your clients with the consideration and professionalism they deserve. I hope my feedback helps improve your service.
