I have been visiting Sara for the last few months and can't recommend her highly enough. I have been suffering with muscle/joint pain for over a year and her treatment (combination of osteopathy and acupuncture) has made such a huge difference. Sara is friendly, caring and explains everything clearly, which I really appreciate. She has even drawn up a set of exercises to help with my neck and shoulder pain. Her treatment room is very welcoming (I especially love the heated bed and diffuser scent!) and I always leave feeling great. I am looking forward to having regular maintenance appointments with Sara to stay pain free.

Sara's attention to the detail of issues described and the excellent advice regarding after treatment care and exercise make this a highly recommended practice. Linking Osteopathic treatment with Acupuncture is also to be recommended, I think without these features, my problems would have taken substantially longer to reach the point I am at. Whilst we are not 100% there yet, I have no doubt that the road to full recovery will be sooner rather than later.

Highly recommended Sara... feeling fairly apprehensive on my first visit , Sara very quickly put me at ease, ambience of her treatment room was warm and welcoming, as is Sara. After a thorough assessment , diagnosing rotary cuff injury, lower back mis alignment, limited movement in hips. Sara suggested acupuncture, which to me was a new experience.... followed by hands on massage . I am absolutely amazed and delighted on how much more flexible I am, after this initial session. My next appointment follows shortly, I feeling confident that my symptoms will improve each visit. Thank you Sara.

I've seen Sara multiple times recently, she had helped me greatly. I was suffering with headaches and neck and shoulder pain. My headaches have reduced and I overall feel so much better. I continue to see Sara :)
I came to see Sara with trembling and pain in my lower back, some tests found I had some more severe blood related issues that would not have been found otherwise. nSara knew exactly what to do, and after just my first session I could feel a weight lifted from me. I come back to see Sara fortnightly to make sure I'm tip top and could not recommend anyone more. My trembling has completely vanished and I have my life back. nSara is very passionate about what she does, the atmosphere is very professional and clean. She's very soft spoken and motherly, you can tell Sara genuinely cares about bringing your body back to harmony. n10/10 for anyone considering using Sara's services.
