The waiting time was excessive, and it felt like there was no clear communication about when I would be seen. While the clinic itself appeared well-maintained, the long wait really overshadowed the overall experience. I hope they can work on improving their scheduling and customer service in the future to provide a more pleasant visit for their patients.
