Dr Luma and Nurse Mercy were amazing. So kind and gentle. They explained everything to me and were very patient answering all my questions. Nobody wants to fall ill especially when you’re on holiday but I felt so confident in their treatment and who highly recommend.

I was very unwell on my holiday and the service was amazing. The doctor and nurse visited me quickly in my hotel room and were very friendly and helpful. The service would communicate with me with via WhatsApp and sent test results directly to me very quickly. This was some of the best healthcare I have received, massive thank you to Dr Luma Odeh and nurse Chenny Barnes. I would highly reccomend this service if you feel unwell and need healthcare assistance.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They did not inform me about types of doctors which they were supposed to do when I called and they ended up misdiagnosing me and giving me the wrong medication. They had zero customer service and it was obvious they were focussed solely on making money. It was a very stressful and upsetting experience given that I was very sick and needed genuine help

Hiral is a fantastic physio! She is very gentle and patient, helping with any pain problems and issues. She communicates well and follows up with her Clients regularly. I highly recommend her.
