Throughout 3 years I've been having laser hair removal sessions in different countries and different machines, but I've never faced such a terrible experience as at this clinics. First of all, the specialist didn't set the machine right so my skin got burnt at some areas. Secondly, the temperature in the room was 16C and they didn't provide the blanket as per request, only the towel. Thirdly, the specialist was touching some areas that was not supposed to be touched such as scars. Also she was forgetting to do some areas which I had to remind her about.
