  Dr. Weiss took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issue (incl. using drawings) and required treatment. During the procedure he detailed the various steps and expectations for each etc. In the follow-up 1 week post the procedure he also spent time revising the medication plan and explaining the recovery plan (eg what activities to stay away from or restart). Overall, great experience!
