Best sporting venue in the Emirate of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates for Special Olympics, Adaptive Sports, Paralympics and World Ability Sports. Wheelchair Sportspersons and Amputee Athletes have been encouraged to be the world's best at the Al Thiqah Club Sharjah. I hope the GCAA UAE, Sharjah Airport and Air Arabia Group PJSC Sharjah open an Accessible Flight Academy with disabled- pilot friendly aircrafts with adaptive flight controls that will nurture a new generation of flight instructors to support Pilots with Disabilities and Pilots of Determination in the Emirate of Sharjah , U.A.E.

A club which clearly outlines its aim in upbringing differently abled people. This place comprises of a high standard athletic track where many of the international track & field competition for the disabled are taking place.nnAll these facilities are provided in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. SULTAN BIN MOHAMED AL QASIMI, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to empower the people with disabilities.
The club is a complete center for handicapped people. With the most advanced care, treatment, education, and sports. The staff, management and the handicapped all deserve medals for their amazing work and great dedication. I would recommend a visit and highly recommend voluntary work and/or donations.
