I recently visited Clinica Sabah for some procedure tests, and I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly specially Ms. Eman Solleman who introduce me to Dr Omar, she is professional, and efficient from start to finish. The facility was clean and well-organized, with clear signage and a comfortable waiting area. I was particularly impressed by how quickly I was attended to and the detailed explanations provided by the Best and very Responsible Dr which is Dr Omar in this clinic during the procedures. i will hundred percent recommend this Clinic!!

I am deeply disappointed with the stark contrast in service I received from your hospital. Before the procedure, the staff was highly cooperative, answering all my questions and providing excellent service. However, after I decided to cancel the procedure, the treatment changed completely. I was unexpectedly charged fees, including for a consultation that was initially stated to be free, and my attempts to contact the administration for a refund have been ignored. This inconsistency is frustrating and unprofessional, and I urge the hospital to address this issue promptly.
