I honestly can't write enough about this place. This is the only medical center that truly cares about their patients. They call you to follow up with your doctor before you do, and they update you with everything. The ladies at the reception desk are really helpful and kind, and the dentists are also great with their job. I've been to many dentists and I can tell when a doctor doesn't know what they're doing, but I never doubted the doctors at High Class Medical Center. Kind regards to my dentist Dr. Nashaat, he's the best.

Every thing is okay there except we have bad experince with reception as they kept me waiting for almost half an hour while poor doctor was waiting for me inside. I guess they need to refresh job training.

Ambience really nice. Receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. I was treated by Doctor Nashaat professional and super friendly doctor. He makes me comfortable and treated me so well. And recommend high class medical center if you want quality work

I feel the itch to write a review regarding this place. I just came back from vacation and heard this horrible experience. The place is truly spectacular, you can't deny. However, I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. My wife and 7 year old son, went for my son's tooth extraction some time ago, and my wife noticed and told me that the Dr. (I don't know his name) was very impatient with handling my son and showing irritation in his face and some other gestures that I can't even say. My son is a Kid! What the heck is that supposed to mean?! This is very unprofessional. I got mad when she told me. High class by name, by service, by hospitality and atmosphere. Kind staff and quality services all the time. I visit for my RCT and the most important that extensive care is taken by doctor Ban for minimum pain and fast recoveries. Non medic staff is also highly qualified and caring.
