Dr. Noha is amazing, very professional and gentle, explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean, organized, and overall very well run. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for real results with good vibes.

I had a wonderful experience—Suhair the dr assistant was exceptionally pleasant and supportive throughout. Dr. Noha was highly professional, incredibly helpful in answering all my questions, and had a remarkably gentle touch during the procedure. I would definitely recommend her!

If I could give zero starts I would. Zero sense of professionalism and consideration of time. Had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 for laser treatment, went to have them tell me its 6:30 and on a different machine to what we agreed. Extremely rude staff and way of negotiation. Used to come here a lot before they changed how the system works and staff and was great. There should be solid training for staff members on manners and ethics. The whole place is out of control and no one even knows where they stand. Disgraceful experience and will surely be warning people.
