I book a facial with them at 6pm, I reach at 6:02pm did the registration and the reception told me to sit and wait. She decided to put a client in front of me to pierce her daughters earring. I ask over the phone the timing of the session, she said 1h, I started my facial at 6:16pm and finish exacly at 6:59pm. I was counting the time because I see the therapist doing the steps really fast , I work in the beauty field and I know by heart how to get a facial done. Her duty was finishing at 7pm that's why she was running but it's not my fault as a customer to sit for 15 min to wait and to remove from my time just because she was in the rush to go home. When I ask the reception, she said u201c depends on the clients face if the face is clean she can finish the process u201c... no! 1h is 1h. Over time phone she didn't say 45min to 1 h depending on the patient skin condition. She was clear, she said 1h so I went expecting to get a 1h facial and would pay gladly the amount but in this conditions is the first and last time I come here.
Rose is very kind understanding during the laser session, overall the atmosphere is friendly. Good location of the clinic as well. At last a good experience, definitely will come back again
