My experience at the clinic was excellent, particularly in terms of the doctor's treatment of my mother (in the dental department). Her treatment was very humane and kind, and she explained every step calmly and carefully, something I greatly appreciate, especially for the elderly. nHowever, I have a comment about the reception desk, specifically the communication style. I wish the approach was more friendly and flexible, especially when dealing with elderly patients. Clear and simple communication is important, whether in Arabic or any language the patient is comfortable with. Professional treatment does not mean being rude or overly formal. nI hope the management pays attention to this aspect, as it is an important part of the patient experience.
