I had such a wonderful experience with the clinic. All my previous experiences were bad with laser but this clinic was so pleasant and understanding for my situation, the technician Arunima was so pleasant and kept on ensuring that I felt no pain during my session. I loved the fact that they had numbing cream as well, it made my bikini session totally pain free. Will definitely make this my go to place for laser and highly recommend it to all!

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE. nThe receptionists are horrible. I don't know if it's some superiority complex or what but they were so rude. I am a paying customer and I booked an appointment. I went and they literally treated me like I was invisible. They were only talking this one other woman and were laughing with her. It felt a bit like racism, as one other person mentioned in these reviews. nWhen I went to the reception, one receptionist literally ignored me. She was filing her nails or something. I went to the next receptionist and she was so uncommunicative and rude. nTHEY CHANGED THE PRICE 3 TIMES. On call they had mentioned 180 for ONE session. When I got there and went to pay, she said 200-300 (forgot now) for a session. This is another level of unprofessional service. nI got the laser, it was fine. But the lady wouldn't stop at all. I was in pain and asked her to stop, but she wouldn't and said u201cit's fineu201d. The laser technician was in such a hurry. She was nice, but she was in such a hurry. I am a customer and I am paying. I booked an appointment. Am I not entitled to your services and time to the best of your ability? She gave other patients (I know because they are my friends) better service and care than me. nI also cannot shave every centimetre of my skin because there are some places I cannot reach. If you want me to pay for it, fine. But being rude and saying u201cshave better next timeu201d ???nnShe was literally in such a hurry. The laser was fine but we'll see if there's a reaction. nBut my biggest concern is how rude the receptionists were. For Lord knows what other reason, they think they can be rude and treat a PAYING customer horribly. nI wish I had said something whilst I was in the clinic. I was truly astounded by the service here and the audacity of these people. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

I went for full body laser today at the gardens medical center Vinisha the lady who did my laser was wonderful with the work and she was very kind and great at what she was doing. Must visit u2665ufe0fu2665ufe0f good experience over all . Thank you the gardens team
