Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the appointment system at Thumbay Day Care Hospital, Sharjah. I had a confirmed appointment with ENT Specialist Dr. Rohini Jose on 5th February 2026 at 8:15 PM. However, even after waiting for more than one hour, I was not called in for consultation. During this time, I spoke with another patient who had been given the same appointment time (8:15 PM). This raises a serious concern about the purpose of booking appointments if multiple patients are assigned the same time slot. Additionally, I observed that several individuals were allowed to enter the doctor’s room without any visible token number or queue order, seemingly due to personal influence. This is unfair to patients who follow the proper appointment procedure and wait patiently. If appointments are not honored as scheduled, it would be better to operate on a walk-in basis rather than misleading patients with fixed timings. Such mismanagement causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and loss of time. I hope the hospital management will take this feedback seriously and improve the appointment and token system to ensure fairness and professionalism for all patients.

I’ve been living in Muweilah for the past 4 years, but this was only my second visit to Thumbay Day Care - Muweilah. My first experience wasn’t great, I felt the treatment involved unnecessary and forceful tests, so I avoided coming back. Recently, due to the ongoing situation making it difficult to travel to my regular clinic, I had to visit again. This time, I consulted a female doctor from Kerala, Dr Shree and was genuinely impressed. She was calm, listened properly, and explained everything clearly without pushing anything unnecessary. It’s too early to comment on results, but I feel confident about the treatment and will update later on the progress. The rest of the facility hasn’t changed much; front office and pharmacy are still average and could improve. But this visit was definitely better than my last one.

Dr. Shalini is a very kind and caring pediatric doctor. She is patient, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. My child feels comfortable and safe during every visit. We truly appreciate her care and dedication.

I had a wonderful experience at Thumbay Hospital’s dental department with Dr. Rukmini and her assistant Jinu. Dr. Rukmini was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain the cleaning, polishing, and filling procedures clearly, which really put me at ease. Jinu was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire experience was smooth, hygienic, and pain-free. Truly grateful for their care and teamwork. Highly recommended!
