I took the courageous step to seek treatment and visited the center. The initial process of taking my details was quick, but upon follow-up, I was informed of an upfront registration/initial assessment fee exceeding 1700 AED. As I am currently unemployed, this amount is simply unaffordable for me. Unfortunately, I was not directed to any alternative free treatment options or community support programs (like NA/AA) as a substitute. The center's work is vital, but there must be clear, accessible financial solutions or guidance available for individuals who cannot afford the initial fees. It is essential to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from starting their journey to recovery. I strongly urge the center to provide financial aid options or clear referrals to free community programs from the outset. I remain committed to my recovery

The center is more developed than before, the management can’t deny that there are unsolved issues but so far we must be proud of the center’s hospitality, treatments, after visit …. Etc. I would like to see improvements in diagnostics .
