Biggest mistake I have done 1 year ago when they caused me this burn (level 3) in my lower leg that time I didn't call the police and complain about what happenednI'm have been long time client, doing laser teeth cleaning etc,nI decided to do cellulite treatment and the terapist wasn't trained well about the machine she put something under my leg so the machine will keep giving heat and I kept telling her it's hot she kept pushing my leg on it Bcz that's how the machine supposed to work she said , till it get this burnnAfter 1 day it gets water inside and I went there to show them, they removed the water and told me 'no worries let it cover than we ll fix this 'nSo after 1 year waiting and buying by my self scar removal creams and gel ,this is how it become . nI called them and they didn't even believe me this happened in their clinic,they didn't even make a note of this issue and I have to explain my self again and again to their therapist ,nAfter all the conversation they decided to do Derma pen from they r side 1 time only and nothing has changed,nThey said let it heal and come back , so went to and show the doctor again and she told me only by laser can remove this scar and they ll let the manager to call me , if they ll do it from their side bcz they can only do it in rashidiya brunchn1 month has been passed like this entire summer I couldn't even wear short, shirt in Dubai hit bcz of thisnI have been calling the clinic to talk to manager for 1 month , they call me and I have to explain all the story againnJust bcz they don't wanna do laser treatment that the doctor told me that can be the solution but they do it in Rashida brunchnI felt my self that I'm begging for free treatmentnnExactly it's they r mistake to repair and they don't even give good costemer servicesnnIt's my mistake that I'm still giving them a chance and going to barsha branch doing my teeth cleaning last Sunday which I have paid fornThey don't deserve

I don't recommend the hydro facial AT ALL. Please steer away from this clinic. They brought in a new specialist for the hydro facial, her name is ward, arabic woman with blonde hair. She started the facial by wiping my face with random products with no consistency. She does everything very quickly and doesn't clean anything she just piles the products. In the middle of the facial she went to charge her phone then came back to continue without changing the glove !!!! This is highly unsanitary!!!!. After that she applied the mask and roles a metal tool that should heat up and it takes time. BUT in her case she did it in 1 min only. When i told her that it takes longer she said u201cmy hand is light thats why you didn't feel itu201d what a poor excuse. I'm never doing the hydrofacial again. And it isn't worth the price at all.
I have been coming here since years for laser and other services. but today I tried the facial here with ward, she is so professional and I loved the hydra facial and definitely will be coming back for doing my facials with her.
