fe visited the clinic and was not satisfied with her experience with Dr. Basheera. She felt that the level of professionalism was below expectations. We were charged AED 300 for the consultation and AED 450 for the ultrasound, but the equipment used was neither modern nor accurate, and no scan images were provided. The prices were quite high compared to the quality of service. We hope to see improvements in service standards to ensure a better experience for future patients.
