I regret chosing Dr. Amal's clinic.nnWe were charged for freezing/storage fee but the doctor never froze any eggs or embryo?nThen asking us now to undergo from the beggining and all.nnUpdate: # 2nnI have found my receipts where a freezing fee was collected.nI had been quiet because these were no where to be found, but i got them.nnTake note on the response below where it clearly stated that this branch is not licensed to freeze specimens? So why would you charge a freezing fee then? Something really fishy here.

I had the same experience as one of the other ladies on here in 2015. I went in for an ultra sound after a confirmed blood test for pregnancy. They told me to come in even though I was only 5 weeks pregnant. After questioning whether it was too early the receptionist assured me it was fine. Needless to say no heartbeat or sac was seen and she told me very abruptly it wasn't a viable pregnancy. I went to another dr 2 weeks later and heart healthy heartbeat and has a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I had the best experience with dr. Amal. She saved my first pregnancy and helped to become pregnant with my second child. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this doctor! Thank you very Doctor Amal for your professionalism and human care! All the best!!!

When I was told to go in, the doctor was on her phone. Then while she was looking at her phone, she told me to start telling her why I am there. I explained my issue and she was still on her phone, messaging, and nodding. Then she set aside the phone and asked me questions as she didn't hear a word!! I explained myself 3-4 times!! When finally i got ready for the ultrasound, she was about to start the process and suddenly her assistant came into the room! No knocking! No asking whether it is a good time! She came and stood next to the bed and they started talking in their language! After a while the assistant left and the doctor continued her job!! Very disrespectful! No focus! No good conclusion! Very very bad experience!
