I wanted to share some feedback regarding the responsiveness of your customer service. I’ve noticed that replies to inquiries are often delayed, sometimes taking until the next day. As this is a healthcare setting, timely responses are very important and delays can be concerning.

I approached during toughest period of my life when i was on depression and didn’t know what to do or even trust any doctor, got the appropriate treatment, advice and support during 18 months treatment period, the doctor considered my weight, age and situation and provided effective depression treatment that was like a safety boat, i don’t live in UAE anymore, but always felt the gratitude toward the Doc and team. Lina Hajar has been teaching my dyslexic son for over a year. She's brilliant, really organised and goes out of her way to make the lessons as fun as possible. My son has made real progress since he started seeing her.

My son has been meeting with Mrs. Lina Hajar for 3 months for education & language support. She is dedicated, caring, and work magic with kids. He got to learn alphabets, sounds, reading 3 sounds and writing small sentences. She taught us techniques on how to support him at home, shared with us cards/printouts/worksheets, and encouraged him with a reward system. My son gets to be excited to meet Mrs. Lina and comes back to tell me all about his accomplishment during the session. Mrs. Lina is a professional, dedicated, and supporting who was able to achieve a one year work within couple of months.
