Al Bustan Center & Residence

I love this hotel . Used to stay there more than a year instead of apartment. It has literally everything what's needed for every day. The food court and supermarket are attached to hotel. Even McDonald's and other beautiful stores. It's very good in price relatively to the facilities provided. The personel are very friendly and polite. Managers are great. Mr. Paul Kayal is very helpful and always assisting with all requests If needed. The bellmen are super attentive and so kind people. They always have smile on their faces. After so long stay this hotel became like home and still giving me nostalgia. Thank you to all staff working there.

Great service great hotel amazing experience we booked under the name Filippa and were given a lovely fruit bowl with biscuits brought to the room which was lovely we requested a microwave to the room and a brand new microwave was delivered in 10 mins the bell boys were great they helped us call a taxi showed us around over all great experience

I’m currently staying at this hotel and honestly, it’s been a very disappointing experience. The service is extremely poor.nn1-the internet connection is constantly down or too weak to even make a basic phone call. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you rely on it for work or communication.nn2-there is a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom all the time. It smells like someone is smoking in there, and the smell is absolutely unbearable and nauseating.nn3- every time I turn on the air conditioning, a horrible smell comes out. It’s honestly disturbing and makes it hard to stay in the room comfortably.nn4-the housekeeping is very superficial. The staff barely clean – it's just a quick surface clean, nothing thorough or serious. You can tell it’s not done with any attention or care.nn5-constant noise and disturbance. Kids are always running around the corridors making loud noises, and the hotel seems to be doing maintenance work all the time especially on weekends, which makes it impossible to relax.nn6-there’s no washing machine in the apartment, so we rely on their laundry service and every single time we send clothes, they come back in an awful condition. Stained, poorly handled, and sometimes smelling worse than before.nn7-the room key card. Almost every day, it stops working after just one use and I have to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. It’s incredibly inconvenient.nI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. It’s been nothing but stress and inconvenience.

I had an amazing stay in the hotel. Relaxing, calm and quiet. The food is superb especially in the Italian section. I would like to thank the Executive Housekeeper Mr. Aji for the warm welcome and he is really accommodating and treating the guests special.

I had a very disappointing experience at Al Bustan Center and Residence. The hospitality was completely lacking, with staff showing little to no attentiveness or warmth. Basic customer service was missing, making the stay far from enjoyable.nnA hotel should prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a welcoming and hospitable experience. Definitely needs improvement!
