They didn't allow me medical care even when I went to the emergency section and had a severe fracture on my thumb. They asked me to pay 240 before they could help me with the fracture. Is that how they treat when someone is in an emergency? Just because we are expats we are denied emergency medical care. Is this how it works? I hope this gets the attention of the authorities. May Allah help the poor.
Hospital is very neat and clean, And female medical surgical ward nurses are good, especially Deepa sister,, she is very taking care of patients and Smily talking,
All the medical staff were nice from Doctors to nurses , especially the nurse, Deepa Alphonse who was very helpful and had excellent experience in dealing with the elderly.
Amazing service at the OB gynae department. Dr. Aisha and sister Aisha are very helpful and sweet, fast service and comprehensive care... Love Kalba hospital.nnCame back for the delivery of my baby and Kalba Hospital never ceases to amaze. Super organised and fantastic mangement by the OT staff. Nurses are very sweet and welcoming, made my wife very comfortable even during the time of anxiety. Maternity ward nurses Sister Mariam AlBoloushi and sister Bincy were so sweet and made our stay so relaxing. Also Dr. Nida thank you for your timely management and sweet smile which removed all our fears and cleared all doubts.nnBest hospital to bring our little one into the world.
