Great place, far away from traffic and noises
Nice duo buildings. A hub for science related companies in Dubai. Most of them are FZ LLC. Parking is free for the first hour. You can also park outside for free all day long. No nearby restaurants.
A great building with good parking access right underneath the building. Very convenient and good escalator access right after you get out of the parking lot. Contains good clinics and excellent facilities. Just make sure that you exit the parking from the correct exit to the building you you want to visit. Otherwise you will have to make the switch from the ground floor level across the yard. Which can be unpleasant in the summer.
One of the finest buildings for business setup in dubai. Amazing location with great park views and ample parking. The building has great clinics, roast specialty coffee shop, gym, Yoga etc. facilities such praying area, washroom, covered parking and above all an amazing park to unwind.
