They have really good assisted machines. Very spacious, clean, free parking for subscribers and friendly and knowledgeable trainers, always supportive even when you don’t ask for it. Thanks Bilal and Ijaz. You guys are awesome.
Amazing GYM. It has all supplies. Trainers are awesome. Everyone is very kind and has a motivated attitude.
Overall too small gym with weird environment, coaches look amateur. This gym maybe good for kids and newcomers not for the ones who are serious in their training. The floor where the benches are kept is very slippery so there’s chances of getting injuries while lifting heavy weights on the bench since it will slip and weights might get dis balanced!! Overall not a very pleasant experience and left the gym in just 3days of training! My best wishes to the gym!
Muhammad ijaz is an excellent trainer, he always makes us smiling and happy, without him the gym doesnt feel the same, he is a true man with an honest heart and passion, he helps us a lot and makes us stronger, together! 🔥
