I hope they answer here when Tilal mall construction will start? That was the whole charm of this society and we haven’t got any answers yet. Without mall its a loss of investment.
Tilal has good potential and family future residence
The new down town of Sharjah city, I love the fact that any one can buy there as it’s open for all nationalities. 0% service charge life time was the great attractive point for me 👍🏼👍🏼
Tilal City contain poor quality of work in its road work.Road base and Sub base of the roads where brought from the other demolition sites and the strategy was adopted for cost saving.The company also does not have a quality management system (QMS).My suggestion to those who wants to invest their capital in the city will be......don't waste your capital and be very careful.
