*WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER – COMPLETE SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!*nnI rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others can avoid going through the same thing.nnFour days ago, we visited this medical center specifically for an eye test for my sister. We asked for an ophthalmologist and paid the full consultation fee of 250 dirhams. The doctor we were assigned to, *Dr. Azza,* was incredibly rude, cold, and unprofessional. Honestly, I don’t know how someone like her is allowed to deal with patients — zero empathy, zero patience.nnShe checked my sister’s right eye and noted the power as -2.25. However, due to excessive watering, she wasn’t able to check the left eye properly and told us to come back in four days after using prescribed drops. My father asked if the follow-up would be free, and she clearly said yes.nnToday we went back exactly as advised. She knew the appointment was just to finish the eye test. She checked the left eye, and then — to our shock — refused to give us the result unless we paid another 100 dirhams. We reminded her that she herself had said it would be free, but she refused to listen, insisted it was a “eye test”, and demanded payment.nnSo not only were they dishonest, but they also held back the prescription unless we paid more money. This is nothing short of a scam.nnNever going back here again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. They are only interested in your money, not in patient care. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Patients are already burdened with a minimum 10-15 dhs consultation fee (even with insurance) and medication costs. Adding a 25 dhs charge for a basic paper is unreasonable.

The facility is clean, well-equipped, and efficiently managed. Appointments are easy to schedule, and wait times are minimal. The doctors listen attentively and offer clear explanations. Overall, a reliable choice for quality medical care. Highly recommended!
