I recently underwent surgery at HMS Garhoud Hospital under the care of Dr. Sobhy Ismail. Having seen others with the same condition struggle through difficult recoveries, I was anxious about the procedure. However, my experience was completely different. I would like to express my immense gratitude towards entire health care system. On 31 January I stepped in to emergency with high grade fever and chills.Dr wael was on duty immediately he examined and asked for investigations and medication.unfortunately my results came influenza positive. The nursing team and their critical thinking skills were just amazing They started immediately the medication and fluids. After the medication fever was not subsided well they advised for admission and i agreed Everything was really well and shifted to the ward 2 ,106 room number . Ward 2 team was really great and supportive i felt like am just at my home Without any call bell every now and then they checking on me and asking if I need some assistance .they most of the time accompanied me even to the washroom I should thank everyone Dr wael ER , Dr Lujain cardiology Dr Mariam RN JISNA , RN ASWATHY, RN MAHESH, RN LYNNIEL RN MONICA RN NEETHU RN REICHELLE RN ANUBHUTTI RN ROWENA All the nurses even am not assigned for them they cared about me they spent their time.
