Dr. Hashem Rihan did an excellent job at my dental appointment. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was extraordinary. The staff was welcoming, polite, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Rihan was very gentle and patient during the whole visit. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening before he started. He also checked in often to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain or discomfort, which I really appreciated. The clinic was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hashem Rihan to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, caring, and gentle.

Amazing experience - excellent reception of new cliients, from the very start. Heidi at the reception desk already did the job via phone so that I trusted the clinic and my choice. She is amazing! So kind and reliable. So is Ms Caroline, the nurse. Doctor Reem iz abosolutely amazing and she is so professional and thorough, while relaxing the patient at the same time. She is detailed, I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, and came out the happiest. Will return very soon, thank you!!!!

Rawan at the reception is absolutely the best! She always helps me, even when the schedule is fully booked — she somehow does her magic and manages to find an appointment for me every time. She is very caring, explains all the treatments clearly, and is extremely experienced. Her professionalism and kindness make a huge difference. Highly recommended!

I originally came to Dr. Zaina Elayan for a root canal. I really appreciated that she explained everything clearly and tried to save the tooth first rather than rushing into a procedure. When we determined the root canal was necessary, she was incredibly careful and made it completely painless. ​She took her time (3 sessions) to make sure everything was properly disinfected before the permanent filling. She was also very accommodating, getting me in ASAP when my temporary filling fell out between visits. The final crown is excellent and fits my bite perfectly. If you want a dentist who prioritizes your comfort and long-term health, I can't recommend her enough.
